Can I pay for express delivery?

Yes, express delivery is possible. Please contact us to request this. Please note that the 48 hour (2 business days) lead time from order to despatch still stands.
Can my item be despatched faster than the stated 48 hours (2 business days)?

It may be possible to despatch your order faster than two business days, but please don't rely on this. If you want to find out if it is possible, please contact us. We are not able to despatch at weekends or bank holidays.
Can I get an item personalised?

Some items can be personalised, but this will need to be discussed and agreed on a per item basis. Please contact us to find out if it is possible, and if so, what the options are.
Can I request that an item is gift wrapped?

A gift wrapping service is possible for a small premium. Please contact us to find out what options are available. Adding a gift message is free of charge. Please mention when you place your order if you would like to include a message and exactly what the message should say.
